Serit IT Partner have high focus on privacy and protection of personal information in everyday life. All internal and external persons who interact with us will be confident that their personal information is handled in a safe and proper manner. We want the data subject to be aware of what rights they have after the personal data act implementing the EU Privacy Regulation (GDPR) and that we ensure their integrity. It also tells how we ensure your rights under the rules of the new personal data Act (applicable from July 1, 2018).

When we collect personal information it’s only when necessary in connection with the establishment and management of your agreements with us. We do this to accommodate your wishes and needs.
In addition to agreed and statutory obligations we can and only use your personal information if we have received your consent. Consent shall be given voluntarily and you shall have been informed of the purpose of using the information
Controller:
Controller is the one that determines the purpose of the processing of personal data and means of the processing of person data. It is the Controller who are responsible for ensuring that the processing of personal data is subject to the law.
Processor:
The Processor are the ones that treat personal information on behalf of the controllers. The processor will only process personal data in accordance to the agreement with the controllers.

The regulation regulates all forms of processing of personal data. The regulation have strict requirements for confidentiality and security when processing of personal data.

We only require your phone number to to give you access to Mobile News. Your company may option to registrate your name to more easily find and administrate your useraccount in the system.

The information is stored to be able to deliver information to your phone.
Who we share the information with
We don’t share registered information outside your organisation. Administrators of the system can view what phonenumbers that is registered
How long the information is kept
we keep personal information only as long as necessary to deliver the service. If you unsubscribe your data will be deleted.
How we protect the information
We work planned and systematically to safeguard information security and is using both technically and organizationally security measures to protect the stored personal data against unauthorized access and use. To the extent we share personal information with third parties we ensures they comply to corresponding demands for information security.
Access to and rectification to stored information
We can be contacted if you have questions about or want insight into what information we store about you. We have a duty to give you insight and information about the registered information we hold about you within 30 days.
You also have the right to request rectification, cancellation, restriction of the processing of personal data and the right to restrict certain forms of treatment.
You can notify the data protection authority if you do not get access to your own information you have right to, or have any other complaint about the processing of the personal data.
Notification
You have a right to report violations of the person legislation and blameworthy conditions you get knowledge of, and the company encourages this. Notification shall be made according to the company routine stored in our quality system.
